We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you can return it to us for a repair, replacement, or refund.
Do you offer a repair service for damaged gear?
Yes, we prioritize repair over replacement to reduce environmental impact. You can drop off your clean Patagonia items at any of our retail stores or mail them to our repair hub in Victoria for evaluation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
